About the Author

My name is Steven Robbat

Steven Robbat is a lifelong explorer of the human spirit, a man who has spent over five decades walking the quiet, transformative path between mindfulness and healing. With a heart rooted in compassion and curiosity.

Steve has devoted much of his life to understanding the deeper layers of awareness that connect mind, body. and soul. His journey through the healing arts began not as a pursuit of knowledge, but as an act of personal discovery, a desire to uncover the unseen forces that shape our well-being and the quiet resilience that carries us through life's storms.
